When advancing to a higher tier class, you get a single skill named [Class name] Specialization, only one, no more, no less. Your Specialization skill gives you all the new cool Abilities and passive bonuses specific for your class. This post is about those passive bonuses, and gives you a brief list of what you can expect when you finally get your fingers on Tier 2 classes:
Tier 1:
Warrior Specialization - Increases Attack with swords, axes or maces and Defense in light or heavy armor.
Rogue Specialization - Increases Attack and Crit with daggers or bows.
Disciple Specialization - Increases Spellpower and maximum MP.
Tier 2:
Guardian Specialization (former Knight) - Increases Defense and Resistance when wearing heavy armor and a shield.
Berserker Specialization - Increases maximum HP.
Assassin Specialization - Increases Power of all of your critical strikes.
Ranger Specialization - All of your attacks ignore a portion of enemy Defense.
Wizard Specialization - Increases Magic of all of your critical strikes with spells.
Hexblade Specialization - Grants natural Fortification as if you were wearing a shield.
All of those are obviously subject to change
.

While we are at it, some iconic Tier 2 abilities:
Guardian:
Shield Wall - Instant. Increases your, and your party members' Fortification by N for X turns. Note: this will increase your damage with Shield-based abilites such as Shield Bash
Berserker:
Frenzy - Toggle (turn on and off as you see fit). Requires Light Armor. Increases your Crit by N, but every time you land a critical strike you burn X MP.
Assassin:
Premeditation - Instant. Your next Assassinate, Puncture or Murder is guaranteed to land and be a critical strike.
Ranger:
Rapid Reload - Instant. For X turns all of your attacks with a Bow fire 2 turns faster.
Wizard:
Blizzard - Deals N Frost damage over X turns to all enemies, and increases time between their attacks by 1 turn for the duration.
Hexblade:
Time Leap - Instant. Your next Hex (category for Hexblade's melee abilities) will hit all enemies.

Berserker = more hp?
Doesn't fit IMHO.
Maybe something like attack speed would be more fitting?
Abilities however look great, and also balanced. That still depends on the actual numbers tho.

Yes, Berserkers will have most hp in the game (think about it, they are big walking meatbags), but rest assured they won't be the most durable class
. When you will see some of their later abilities, it will make perfect sense why they need extra hp.

Having attack speed as passive bonus is hard to implement since the skill rank can go up quite a lot, while reducing time between attacks by a factor greater than, let's say 3, is completely not an option.
That being said, it's very very likely that Berserker will have a way to boost their attack speed
.

As long as the ideas aren't broken from the beginning, numbers can always be tweaked. That's what Open Beta will be all about.

Shouldn't "Increases your Crit by N, but every time you land a critical strike you burn X MP."
be "and everytime" not "but everytime" because it isn't contradicting anything?
Not trying to nitpick, just a suggestion.

Feel free to point at anything you think is wrong.
The "but" here indicates that it's a drawback. Note that you normally would crit without Frenzy on, but every crit (even if it wasn't triggered due to Frenzy, probability wise) will cost you extra MP. So the "but" there felt natural for me, but I'm not a native speaker so I may be wrong.
That being said, none of the above are actual in-game tooltips.

Makes me think like the warlock spell Life Tap.
Sacrifice HP = boost?

Not to give away specific mechanics, Berserkers will lose hp not only from damage taken (I'm a bit torn between frenzy costing MP or HP on crits for that matter), and in specific situations you will WANT to get lower on HP to deal even more damage.
